Team Blue is one player short and about to forfeit their Turf War when a goggle-wearing Inkling crashes in out of nowhere, joins on the spot, and turns out to be either a genius or a complete disaster — nobody can tell which. The rules are simple: cover more of the floor in your color than the other team covers in theirs, in four minutes. Goggles has his own ideas about how to do that.
This is the shelf's answer when your child wants a fight scene and you don't want one. Every battle is a paint fight with a scoreboard, so the pages are all action and none of it is violence — the losers get covered in ink and pop back up annoyed. Matches run one chapter each, so your child finishes something every time they sit down.
