Pizza and Taco are best friends who do everything together, until they land on the one question they can't agree on: which of them is the best? So they campaign, make posters, and put it to a vote. The answer is not the one either of them expects.
This is the easiest possible step toward Dog Man's world. The panels are big and bright, there are only a handful of words on a page, and the whole book is one silly friendship joke a brand-new reader can follow start to finish. A child who's still building confidence finishes the entire thing in one sitting and feels like they just read a real graphic novel — because they did.
