A toddler spends a busy, happy day with both dads, from painting and music to a goodnight tuck-in.
A little one moves through a full day with Daddy and Papa: painting, making music, dressing up, and pouring pretend tea for the stuffed animals, until it's time for bed. The rhyme keeps it rolling, 'Daddy helps me paint the sky, Papa helps me bake a pie,' one small joy after another. For a toddler, that's the whole world, and the book knows it.
It gives a very young child their ordinary day back in a bouncy little rhyme they can hold and chew and carry around. For a two-dad family, it's one of the rare books at this age that just shows that back to them with no fuss at all. For anyone else, it's still a warm, playful day with two loving parents, which travels fine to any household.
